Craig Steltz will Shoryuken your ass!

by Shea Johnson on Monday 2 June 2008 at 4:30 pm

Is safety Craig Steltz, the Bears’ 2008 fourth-round draft selection and latest recipient of a four-year deal, actually the former sparring partner, rival and best friend of Ryu, who trained under the same master or does he just look like Ken Masters from the Street Fighter video game series?

Big props to my buddy Simon on the call. It leaves me to wonder, which other Bears players look like somebody else? Could Rex Grossman be mistaken for a young Paul McCartney?

Do you know of any current or past Bears players with a look alike? Spill it here. Hey, it’s the kind of stuff you have to do when training camp is basically two months away.

Since when did fireballin’ become a fineable offense?

    Can you imagine?

Furrey over the middle for the tough grab…and oh! he gets fireballed by Steltz! Incomplete! Incomplete!
