Bodog has Bears’ odds of winning Super Bowl at 40/1

by Shea Johnson on Thursday 26 June 2008 at 10:07 am

Per sports betting Web site Bodog, the Bears are listed with 40/1 odds of winning Super Bowl XLIII and labeled as a “middle of the pack” team. Other teams with similar odds include the Cincinnati Bengals (40/1), Denver Broncos (40/1), and Tampa Bay Buccaneers(35/1). Not terrible company by any means.

Of the three other NFC North division teams, only the Detroit Lions have worse odds, listed at 65/1. Once again, take that, Jon Kitna!

With 8/1 odds each, the Dallas Cowboys and San Diego Chargers are the favorites to be playing in Raymond James Stadium come February.

Damnit I hope they beat the odds this year. If that Grossman effs it up, I will cut him.

They might as well erase the Cowboys from the 8/1 odds. Jessica Simpson has reportedly said that she ‘loves Tony’ and will be attending EVERY Cowboys game this year.

    Yee-ha!

Good! That and the addition of Adam Jones (still not comfortable sans Pac-man) ensures the Cowboys will be even more jinxed this year.

Are than any single guys on the Vikings and Packers? I heard Taylor Swift and Mandy Moore had a thing for quarterbacks, too. It’s your lucky day, Tavaris Jackson!
