What’s Wrong With This Picture?

by Shea Johnson on Tuesday 5 May 2009 at 5:00 pm

Sometimes it’s hard to say goodbye, and seeing Kyle Orton sport Denver Broncos gear is, at first glance… awkward.

I imagine it to be the same feeling someone might get after running into their ex-girlfriend at a Jamba Juice. So what that you’ve upgraded and now have a much prettier, full-cupped knockout attached to your right arm; it’s still weird bumping into your cute, amiable ex-girlfriend–and she could party–giving her loyalty to some other dude worse off than you.

Yeah, so that’s what it’s like. I’ll never get over you, Kyle. Heroes get remembered, but legends never die.

Man, I don’t know where to begin with this, but thanks for Jay… I only hope Knownshon and Ayers can rejuvenate the entire city of Denver like Jay has Chi.

As far as Orton: I loved his boozing, how cool he was and that he rarely made dumb mistakes, but his quarterbacking skills were a hair above average at best.
