It wasn’t a coincidence that just two days ago he put up his Lake Forest home for sale. Rex Grossman has found new work, finally, and it’s with the Houston Texans.

Grossman and the Texans have agreed to a one-year deal worth the league minimum of $745,000. He has a good shot to supplant both Dan Orlovsky and Alex Brink immediately as the back-up to starting quarterback Matt Schaub.
