Charles Tillman’s Injury Campaign Gets Off To A Rousing Start
If there is one thing a shaky, injury-riddled secondary does not need, it is the news that their top cornerback is out indefinitely after undergoing arthroscopic back surgery. Tillman could be ok’d to play as early as the final game of the preseason, but that’s assuming he isn’t rushed back on to the field after Vasher, Bowman, and McBride inevitably ‘splode.

The Bears should consider picking up former two time pro bowl corner Chris Mcallister to fill the void while Tillman is out. Oh and the justification that the team gave, as to why Tillman didn’t have surgery earlier in the offseason is BS. This was a looming problem and there was structural damage in his back that was not going to be healed by physical therapy and pixie dust.
