		<description>The Bears should consider picking up former two time pro bowl corner Chris Mcallister to fill the void while Tillman is out. Oh and the justification that the team gave, as to why Tillman didn&#039;t have surgery earlier in the offseason is BS. This was a looming problem and there was structural damage in his back that was not going to be healed by physical therapy and pixie dust.</description>
