A few teams are great year in and year out, a few teams stink all the time, and the rest are in a vast middle. The Bears are stuck in that mediocrity. They can&#039;t compete with New England, Minnesota, Indy, or up-and-comers like Cincinnati. I don&#039;t know what it is, but the Bears just don&#039;t have what the top teams have. Why?</description>
