		<description>The Bears seem to have a knack for picking good players, it&#039;s their training and conditioning program that&#039;s suspect. This has got to me more than a coincidence - I wish I could ask those players mentioned in the article if there&#039;s a different between the Bears&#039; and other teams&#039; training practices.</description>
