Some Bears Fans Will Try To Kill You
There are instances when poisoning a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers isn’t funny; this is one of those instances. By his account, Zack Heddinger visited Chicago bar, Kitty O’ Shea’s, shortly after the Steelers 17-14 loss to the Bears in September. Naturally, his buddies got into it with some home team fans, but as usually happens, all was forgiven when the Bears fans offered peace by passing Heddinger a free drink. Except that drink was probably spiked with something, explaining why Heddinger is now blind and partially brain damaged.
“Not long after taking the drink, Heddinger passed out and was rushed to a nearby hospital, his heart stopping four times.
At first, doctors thought he had too much to drink, but realized there was more to it.
‘They thought it was antifreeze or something like that …because it was so strong,’ said Heddinger.
Heddinger’s family rushed to Chicago to be with him after doctors told them he wasn’t going to make it.”
They thought he was going to die. And doctor’s are speculating that the drink might have been spiked with toxic grain alcohol. Of course, the truly horrible outcome of all of this, according to sister Lisa, is that Steeler Nation might shy away from Chicago altogether now! … If they weren’t already all over Chicago.
As for Zack, he is undergoing oxygen treatments in hopes of regaining his vision. Mind you, this was after a win. No suspects have been named.
sad if it’s true, but I am not buying it yet…nothing like newspaper reports based on speculation. One would think a simple toxicology test would find what he ingested. No facts in the story(or quotes from doctors, police, witnesses) just what the “victim” claims.
If it’s true I hope they catch and lock up the guy that poisoned him….ALLEGEDLY.

He is coming out now because the police weren’t doing their jobs. There needed to be a fire under their asses to get them moving.
