Report: Bears Sign Cato June

by Shea Johnson on Tuesday 1 December 2009 at 4:45 pm

Indicating that Lance Briggs’ knee injury is probably more serious than not, the Bears have added former Colts linebacker Cato June to their waning defense. And sure, he played in Tampa and Houston too, but just like when someone passes, you only talk about the good.

The missing piece! Maybe he can go back in time and win some games.

Is it possible to play the Browns for the 3rd time this year?

Excited to see how Chris Williams plays at LT. IF this works, maybe there is hope for rebuilding the O-line; if not, we have years of rebuilding ahead…

Agreed Dr. J, although I’m still confused about Schaffer starting at RT and Omiyale at LG. That experiment has definitely failed, time to move on and see if Frank can be the RT you originally over-paid him to be.

And “are you a real doctor, or a doctor like Dr. Pepper is a doctor?”

i think it takes more than 10 games to become a guard.

chris williams could have been otah. how much much better would that have been, to you know, have a fucking running game?

And not have to go through the back injury last year and him being iffy this year? Yeah. Unfortunately, I think about that every damn day.

Maybe I’m starting to losing it, but wasn’t Otah projected to be a better NFL prospect than Williams?

i think the only thing williams had was finesse and an alleged higher intelligence. i do think they rated otah as only able to play right tackle.

that and chris harris agonize me daily as well. sterotypically speaking, you don’t trade the young black guy to make room for the older white guy. ever. excluding vick for montana comaprisons please.

    I’m still laughing hysterically….well done.
